This beautiful villa, 300 meters far from the beach, at Capo Vaticano (next to Tropea), is formed by a double apartment, the first one on the ground floor, the second one at the first floor; both of them are independent. They all have three bedrooms, for an amount of six sleeping accommodations- covering 100 square meters- with the possibility of an added bed. The bright and large kitchen- living room, with a hearth corner useful to prepare some delicious dishes such as fresh fish and meat, is directly connected to the the large panoramic verandah opened for daily usage. The bathrooms, with central hot water, are assured. The full of tree garden, with an elegant grassland park, offers the possibility to have a private parking next to the house.
